System Requirements

Data Entry Only	Allows data entry clerks to type in paper crash reports that were hand written by the officer.
Minimum Requirements	Network which supports TCP/IP and has an active and stable high speed connection to the internet. Clients must be running Windows 2000 or XP, have a minimum of 96MB of RAM and 1GB of free storage. Clients screen resolution is only supported for 1024x768 and above.
Scenario 1: You want to store your own data, and have a license for SQL Server.	You will need a minimum of 2GB of free storage on the sql server and authority to create a new database. HSRG will provide the database installation scripts.
Scenario 2: You want to store your own data, but do not have a SQL Server.	HSRG will provide a version of SQL Server called Microsoft SQL Server Desktop Engine (MSDE 2000) which you may use to store your data locally. HSRG will provide the database installation scripts. Note: This version of SQL Server limits the size of a single database to 2GB.
Mobile Version (Non-Web Service)	Allows officers and supervisors the ability to submit and approve electronic crash reports through a messaging system once a local connection to the SQL Server is obtained.

Minimum Requirements	Network which supports TCP/IP and has an active and stable high speed connection to the internet. Clients must be running Windows 2000 or XP, have a minimum of 96MB of RAM and 1GB of free storage. Clients screen resolution is only supported for 1024x768 and above. Web Server: Windows based server (either 2000 or 2003) with the .NET Framework installed and Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0 or 6.0 installed. Server must have a connection to the internet. If the server is behind a firewall, port 80 must be opened for the client systems to talk to the server via the web. Must have a local connection to the SQL Server. Database Server: Windows based system with either SQL Server installed or MSDE installed (HSRG will provide installation of MSDE).
